We’re seeking a Customer Service employee (f / m / d)

Roles & responsibilities :

• As a Customer Service employee (m / f / d) you will be responsible for entering customer orders and monitoring the order backlog
• You will independently create and send order confirmations to our customers and check customer accounts and customer-specific requirements
• Building a good operational relationship with the customer by proactively informing and contacting the customer is also part of your tasks
• Close coordination with the Supply Chain Planner, Sales and S&OP Management is just as important, e.g. in order to forecast possible delivery bottlenecks and thus find the best possible solutions with customers
• You will also support the finance department in the creation of credit and debit notes and in receivables management by proactively communicating blocked deliveries to the customer
