WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

You will have full ownership for your part of the product - become the Go-To Person for this area

Work closely with customers to deeply understand their needs, incorporating their feedback into the integration process and execution flow. Engage in discussions on the evolving landscape of business transformation and enterprise architecture

Directly communicate with stakeholders both, within and outside LeanIX, articulating customer needs and influencing product strategy to align with market trends

Engage closely with product leadership to align your integration work with the overarching product vision, challenging and influencing the overall product strategy

Collaborate directly with product marketing, sales, and various functions within a modern SaaS company. Understand market dynamics, competition, and influence product positioning and perception

Take responsibility for the product's backlog and roadmap, prioritizing topics for the team's focus and ensuring timely delivery of customer value

Together with the team of engineers and UX colleagues, you have full responsibility from product discovery through delivery to customer value. Ensuring the team understands the customer pain points and can collaborate on finding the solution

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Product Management experience, ideally as well as a Product Owner of at least 3-5 years

Background in one of the following topics is a plus : Enterprise architecture, involvement in IT transformations and / or the understanding of Program / Project Management

Experience working with various functions within a modern SaaS company, including product leadership, UX design, Customer Success, Enablement, and Sales & Marketing

Ability to empower the engineering team and keep them in the loop and able to collaborate on crafting the solution

Holistic view on the product – you are only happy once your features are in use and deliver the value customers need

Fluent English is mandatory
