What You'll Do

We are looking for a highly skilled Automation and AI Specialist to join our Solution Office team. As an Automation and AI Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing AI and process automation solutions to enhance operational excellence and streamline IT and business processes. This role will involve implementing AI voice cloning and translation into documentation, chatbots, and RPA workflows to improve customer experiences and drive operational efficiencies. You will also be responsible for AI prompting, low-code developments, RPA, and programming in Python and SQL. Additionally, you will use your expertise to contribute to operational excellence and process automation initiatives in our CPIT team

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Practicle experience in AI and process automation
• Proven track record of implementing AI voice cloning, chatbots, and RPA workflows
• Strong understanding of operational excellence and process automation
• Expertise in AI prompting, low-code platform / development, RPA, and programming in Python and SQL
• Experience in different industries is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as strong communication and teamwork abilities
