We are looking for a talented Developer to join our client’s team, with a particular focus on building AI based personalized recommendation systems for their video streaming services. You will work alongside a small, agile team to develop and implement innovative solutions that leverage content and user data to enhance user engagement through personalized experiences.

As a collaborative, forward-thinking developer, you will play an active role in shaping the technical direction of the company’s recommendation systems. This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for working with existing data and technology stacks, as well as contributing to technology choices and decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement personalized recommendation systems using user behavior data and content interactions.
• Actively participate in technical discussions, offering insights on best practices and emerging technologies in the AI and recommendation spaces.
• Contribute to the decision-making process regarding technology stack choices.
• Collaborate closely with other developers, system admins, and management to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Share knowledge and collaborate effectively with the team to drive innovation and improve processes.
