  • Maintaining and managing price overviews by supplier as well as monitoring and documenting price developments
  • Monitoring delivery dates and delivery quality and clarifying deviations with the respective suppliers
  • Building and maintaining supplier relationships and developing long-term, cooperative partnerships

  • Supporting framework agreements and price negotiations
  • Documenting purchasing processes, prices, terms and supplier information, including supplier evaluations
  • Supporting demand planning for technical materials in coordination with the responsible departments
  • Acting as an interface to warehouse management with regard to stock levels, requirements, deliveries and procurement
  • Working closely with Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse Management and Management to ensure demand-oriented and cost-effective procurement

What you will like about working with us

  • Unique projects throughout Germany and internationally as well as innovative automation solutions
  • Responsibility & creative freedom: You will take responsibility for your area of work and have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas
  • Attractive salary including additional payments as well as a company pension contribution, childcare allowance, travel allowance and other additional benefits
  • Flexibility thanks to flexible working hours with the option to work from home, trust-based working hours and consideration for personal matters
  • Modern technology: Modern workstations and high-quality technical equipment, company smartphone including mobile phone plan
  • A family-oriented working environment: A variety of company events, short communication channels, flat hierarchies and open communication instead of excessive bureaucracy

This is what you bring to the role

  • You have a degree in business administration or a technical field, a corresponding commercial or technical vocational qualification, or an equivalent qualification
  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in purchasing, technical procurement or sourcing – however, this is not a prerequisite
  • You have a good technical understanding and can quickly understand and classify technical products and components
  • You work in a structured, careful and independent manner and remain organized even when managing multiple orders, suppliers and deadlines
  • You have strong communication and negotiation skills and interact with suppliers in a friendly, professional and confident manner
  • You are comfortable working with quotations, prices, delivery times and comparison overviews
  • You enjoy working with different departments and see yourself as an interface between Engineering, Warehouse Management, suppliers and Management
  • Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems is desirable
