As our Inventory Operator in Neuenburg, you'll be the person who keeps our stock counts accurate and our warehouse data reliable, moving through the site, operating a forklift, and making sure what's in the system matches what's on the shelf. It's a hands-on, active role where precision and accountability matter every day.

Deine Aufgaben

• Move through the warehouse and systematically count products across storage locations: shelf by shelf, item by item
• Update inventory data in our warehouse management system in real time, so what you count is what the system shows
• Spot discrepancies between physical stock and system records, investigate them and report your findings
• Operate a forklift to move pallets and reach inventory in high or hard-to-access storage areas – safely, always
• This isn't a desk job, you're on your feet and on the move for the full shift
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and your fellow team members to keep the warehouse humming

Deine Fähigkeiten

• A valid german forklift licence (Staplerschein) is mandatory
• Language Skills: English at A2 level or above; German and French as other languages are a strong plus
• Physical fitness for a highly active role: walking, standing, bending and moving around the warehouse for the majority of your shift
• Tech-Savvy: Basic computer/scanner skills are required to update the inventory systems.
• A sharp eye for detail: accuracy when counting and recording numbers is your thing
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Treat others as a mature partner in the success of Galaxus
