We are looking for a

Data Analyst (m / f / d)

What will be your challenge in the role :

  • Explore large datasets, evaluate data quality, and model data
  • Apply statistical methods to understand consumer behavioral patterns relevant to product development and operational efficiency
  • Analyze problems to identify root causes
  • Work with Data Scientists and Data Engineers to build and implement analytical solutions
  • Collaborate on data-related projects
  • Visualize data and transform it into compelling stories
  • Derive actionable insights, provide decision support, and make recommendations based on data-driven insights
  • Advise business units and functional teams, such as product or commercial teams, on data-related questions

What you need to succeed in the role :

  • Consulting skills, with a particular ability to provide insights and recommendations
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to identify issues, structure and conduct the necessary analysis, and draw well-informed conclusions
  • Experience in a programming language such as SQL, Python, or R
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, be detail-oriented, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent team player
  • Master’s / MBA degree in numerate subject (., Data Science, Mathematics, Informatics, Economics, Natural Sciences, or Engineering)

    • Nice if you have :

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in data analysis roles within Data & Analytics solutions
  • Experience with cluster analysis and machine learning
  • Experience in the payments, risk, or factoring space
  • Familiarity with modern data stacks, preferably Databricks
  • Experience in quantitative research
  • Understanding of data extraction and manipulation
  • Ambition to develop as a professional in an entrepreneurial organization, with opportunities to work on your areas of interest
