The Advanced Field Service Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for Installation, maintenance and repair of diagnostic systems, immunochemistry, clinical chemistry and automation systems. This position is part of the Field Service Team and will be remote in the Halle (Saale) area. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :

• Installation, maintenance and repair of diagnostic systems, immunochemistry, clinical chemistry and automation systems
• Compliance with the relevant regulations such as MPG, MedGV and VDE as well as the Beckman Coulter quality regulations
• Brief instruction of users in the laboratory and answering technical questions from our customers
• Organization and optimization of the personal spare parts inventory
• Timely completion of all administrative tasks such as recording customer service reports using Service Max
