About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Management of administrative and organizational tasks for the General Manager DACH, e.g. support in day-to-day business, mailbox management, Share Point administration, appointment and travel management, correspondence management
- Preparation of meetings and presentations as well as follow-up of actions
- Consolidation and preparation of information / figures for decision proposals
- Active communication with internal stakeholders (direct reports to GM, Headquarters CH / AT, Office and Retail Team DACH) as well as external stakeholders
- Support with projects or event organization (if required).
