Your tasks

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the division
  • Advising and supporting specialists and managers in all HR-related issues, in particular in matters of labor law and social security law
  • Preparation of HR statistics and analyses as well as regular reporting of relevant HR key figures to management
  • Identifying potential for improvement in internal and cross-departmental processes and developing and implementing corresponding optimization measures
  • Recruitment of specialists and managers as well as holistic support of the process from recruitment to departure, including the preparation of necessary contractual documents such as employment contracts and notices of termination
  • Development and implementation of strategies for employee retention and development
  • Constructive cooperation with the works council as well as negotiation and implementation of collective agreements
  • Coordinating cooperation with authorities, offices and the company's legal advisors
  • Performing administrative and organizational tasks
  • Your profile

  • Completed studies in the field of economics with a focus on personnel management
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in this field
  • Sound and proven knowledge of the applicable legal and tax regulations
  • Experience in constructive cooperation with the works council
  • Confident handling of Microsoft Office
  • User knowledge of DATEV-LODAS and time recording programs an advantage
  • Independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • High social and leadership skills with strong communication and assertiveness skills
  • Business fluent German and good English skills
