Could you be the full-time Maintenance Engineer (f / m / d) in Hennigsdorf we’re looking for?

Your future role

2,100 colleagues from 46 countries, including 800 engineers, shape in Hennigsdorf the future of rail mobility. The locally developed, manufactured, and maintained product range includes high-speed, regional, and local trains, subways, as well as trams and light rail vehicles. Our product line Rolling Stock & Components offers products from the broadest portfolio in the rail industry. Our innovation focus is on green and smart solutions, including emission-free propulsion systems such as batteries and hydrogen. You’ll report to Michal Mitura, Site Industrial Director, and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to :

• Identify potential safety hazards and ensure that rail systems comply with safety regulations, minimizing the risk of accidents or incidents
• Calculate material, parts and time consumption, supporting cost reduction actions, with sourcing and industrial
• Develop work instructions and processes from the maintenance plan and maintenance manuals
• Analyse the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them
• Set-up and follow standardized and continuous fleet reliability improvement plans, proactively surveying fleet KPI and promoting improving actions
