Could you be the full-time PI Supplier Performance Manager (f / m / d) in Kassel we’re looking for?

Your Future Role

More than 35,000 locomotives have already travelled the world from Kassel. At Alstom's traditional site in Kassel, in addition to new construction, service for the well-known Traxx locomotive platform is playing an increasingly important role. Our corporate functions play a key role in supporting and continuously improving the performance of our sites. You’ll report to [HIRING MANAGER] and work alongside a dedicated and enthusiastic team.

We’ll look for you to :

• Analyze customer requirements regarding supplier for PI activities (spare, tools, consignment, etc.), in line with tender costing assumptions & supplier quotes (gap analyses vs costing & obligations) and propose mitigation action plan
• Support PrPIM to contribute on customer requirements analysis regarding PI supplier commitments (clause by clause in Doors)
• Prepare any relevant documentation to reflect customer & internal PI requirements and follow-up with procurement for proper integration / addition in supplier contract's / complementary Service agreement
• Participate actively to negotiation with each supplier in order to ensure good back to back with customer requirement
• Support back-charging process with relevant back-up PI documentation.
• Support PrPIM to monitor the incident management process / tool in order to follow-up NCR’s / 8D with Quality
• Share Best practices identified on supplier management with regards to PI scope with other Regions / Cluster / Country / projects and product Lines
• Develop continuous improvement for Costs traceability, continuous improvement and Supplier chargeback awareness and application as a support to Region SER MDs / Region PI managers
• Contribute to claims and negotiations with external supplier (regarding PI activities)
• Promoting the Alstom Code of Ethics and adhering to the highest standards of ethical conduct
