Job Description :
We are looking for you as an Automotive Sales Key Account Manager / Client Engagement Manager (m / w / d) as future team member who works with our clients (OEM & Tier1s) to innovate on the total system solution!

You will be expected to partner with our automotive clients and help them grow their business through a process of co-creation of value. Our mission is to support our clients freedom to innovate through a strong trusted partnership.
As a client engagement manager you will be responsible for identifying and building new business. You will be expected to reframe the clients thinking and build consensus for Microchips solutions co-creating value by delivering clients the freedom to innovate.

- Manage and expand strategic automotive accounts ensuring long-term success and satisfaction
- Identify the key client stakeholders and coach them through Microchips solutions whilst supporting them within their organization
- Contribute and participate within a global team environment to successfully develop and implement sales strategies across clients divisions and geographical locations
- Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in clients
- Build strong partnerships with automotive clients by presenting Microchips unique business insights and cutting-edge technologies
- Monitor industry trends and identify emerging opportunities to engage new clients
- Develop compelling business cases to initiate contact with prospects in early sales funnel stages
- Apply creative strategies to attract new clients and solve complex challenges
