PURPOSE

You will be part of the overall program for the S / 4 HANA transformation on the tech side together with business counterparts.

You will be in charge of Solution architecture and governance processes in Finance area with focus on :

Legal Financial Consolidation (IFRS) and ICMR

Group management reporting

Disclosure management and internal controls

Solution design and implementation of SAP S4HANA for Group reporting and ICMR

SAP Finance Solution Architect should have the knowledge, skills and abilities to collaborate within an architecture network with other architects in our S / 4 HANA transformation program as well as with technology consultants and business stakeholders. To do so a high energy level, passion and convincing argumentation is required. You will work as an expert, this role does not require people management of direct reports.

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

SAP S4HANA for Group Reporting and ICMR implementation experience in the role of senior solution architect / principal consultant – minimum 1 full cycle implementation project, overall 3+ years of experience with SAP S4HANA for Group Reporting and ICMR, strong hands-on experience and expert knowledge of SAP S4HANA for Group Reporting and ICMR capabilities and limitations.

1-2 full cycle implementation projects of any other SAP solutions for Finance consolidation, i.e. one of following : SAP BPC, EC-CS, SEM BCS in the role of senior solution architect / senior consultant, 7+ years of experience overall.

Ability to gather requirements and convert them into SAP standard solutions with strong focus on business satisfaction.

Ability to challenge status quo.

Very strong communication skills.

In-depth understanding of Finance business processes in R2R area.

Ready to lead solution architecture in Group Consolidation, Disclosure management and internal controls areas.

Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business Administration or IT or related areas, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Proficient spoken and written command of English

At least 10-years experience in IT

2+ years of experience in project teams management

NICE TO HAVE

Finance background / previous working experience in business : Group accounting / Corporate accounting / Consolidation teams.

Experience in implementation of one of the SAP / non-SAP Financial closing solutions i.e. SAP S / 4HANA Cloud for Advanced Financial Closing, Blackline Smart close etc.

Experience with SAP Central Finance
