Tasks
Your Role as Lead Developer Frontend :
Ownership of our web application frontend enabling customers to create manage and edit AIgenerated videos.
Ensure scalability and maintainability through modern architecture clean code and component refactoring .
Lead UX / UI development translating Figma designs into highperformance responsive UIs .
Enhance video editing capabilities by integrating stateoftheart AI tools .
Guide a small frontend team after onboarding (80% handson development / 20% team leadership).
Collaborate closely with the CTO and crossfunctional teams to refine product strategy.
Requirements
Your Profile & Tech Skills :
2 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer UI / UX Developer or Software Engineer working on scalable web applications.
Proficiency in React TypeScript and JavaScript with handson experience in modern frontend frameworks .
Strong UI / UX mindset with expertise in responsive design usability and accessibility .
Experience with Figma or Adobe XD translating mockups into pixelperfect components.
Knowledge of CI / CD practices Tailwind CSS and frontend performance optimization .
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure is a plus.
Fluent in English & German with onsite availability in Garching near Munich .
