Role Overview

As a Content Moderator you will be responsible for reviewing usergenerated content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines . Your role includes enforcing content policies addressing user concerns and working closely with your team to maintain a positive and secure online environment . Keeping up with emerging trends will be essential for refining moderation strategies .

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Review : Assess videos images comments and links to verify adherence to community standards and remove inappropriate content .
  • Policy Enforcement : Apply platform rules across different types of digital content .
  • User Support : Handle user appeals providing clear explanations for moderation decisions.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Work alongside your team to ensure all legal requirements are met.
  • Trend Monitoring : Analyze user behavior detect emerging risks and refine moderation tactics .
  • Process Improvement : Offer feedback to enhance moderation tools and workflow efficiency .

    • Requirements

  • German proficiency ( fluent level ).
  • English proficiency ( minimum B2 level ).
  • EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residency card .
  • Experience in customer support is preferred.
  • Strong analytical leadership and communication skills .
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the field.
