About the Position

HOLY is scaling fast across markets channels and product lines and data quality speed and trust have become a core competitive advantage. As our BI Lead you will own HOLYs single source of truth for business data.

You will architect and maintain a reliable governed analytics foundation across finance marketing operations retail fulfillment and inventory. Your work enables executives and teams to steer the business with CM3-level insights and SKU-level performance visibility and empowers data champions across departments to answer questions independently through self-serve and AI-queryable data layers.
