PM GroupFrankfurt, Hessen, GermanyOverview We have an immediate requirement for a German and English Speaking Administration Assistant to join us on a large scale construction Project in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administration experience. This is a 12+ Month, Site Based Contract. We are continually looking for experienced professionals to join our team. Responsibilities On a day to day basis you will be involved in the following activities : Providing general administration office duties (as designated by the Project Manager) supporting a project team Maintain Weekly Meeting Schedule (Book Rooms, send meeting notifications, update schedule) Maintain Correspondence Log (email to / from Client / vendor etc.) Issue Project Documents electronically Prepare PowerPoint Presentations Compiling Monthly reports, for issue to Client Organising inductions and set up for new starts on site (Organising PC’s phones etc) Liaising with IT to resolve issues Organising Stationary & photocopier maintenance Hardcopy filing and compiling of handover documentation You will have a direct working relationship with our client personnel and the PM Group Project team. As the successful candidate you will ensure that services are maintain Qualifications What you need in order to apply for the role : A minimum of 3 years in a professional office environment with a background in administration Fluent German and English Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive and flexible attitude to work Excellent ability to work on own initiative Strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills Excellent computer skills (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Visio)
