This role includes monitoring backup performance, providing advanced troubleshooting support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in backup and recovery solutions
• Hands-on experience with EMC Networker backup environments
• Strong knowledge of backup scheduling, data replication, retention policies, and disaster recovery planning
• Proficiency in troubleshooting backup-related issues, identifying root causes, and applying fixes in real-time
• Experience with storage capacity management and performance tuning for large-scale environments
• Solid understanding of data security practices in backup environments, including encryption and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Experience in generating backup reports, monitoring tools, and automation
