WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The Regional Label Advisor plays a central and strategically significant role by ensuring compliance with and maintenance of the highest labeling standards in their region. Acting as a key contact, they serve as a liaison between Country Label Experts, Business Label Advisors, and the Global Label Advisor. In this role, you will contribute to implementing a modern label management system as part of the NGBA while fostering effective communication and support networks.

  • As part of a global project team, you play a crucial role in implementing the new label management system. This includes the precise translation of business requirements into process and system requirements, comprehensive testing, close coordination with the IT department and end users.
  • Project Leadership : You take the lead on (sub-)projects aimed at the continuous development and introduction of innovative processes and IT solutions in labeling.
  • Process integration and optimization : You provide guidance and consulting to the business units, support the integration of the labeling process into other key processes, such as filling or warehousing, to ensure a seamless workflow.
  • Project tasks : You coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT), user training and further project tasks.
  • Label definition and business support : You define, adjust and provide product labels to meet evolving regulatory requirements and customer needs, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and national regulations. You offer second-level support for Country Label Experts, Business Label Advisors, and end users.

WHAT YOU OFFER

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Informatic or equivalent studies
  • at least 3 years of work experience
  • professional or application knowledge in business processes, logistics / warehouse / production processes.
  • specialized experience in presentations, (agile) project management and consulting
  • expertise and experience in using SAP (as a user), Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
  • fluent in English and German
