Your Role
As our Business Development Manager , you will :
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to grow our presence in factory automation, reality capture, and autonomous driving sectors.
Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to advocate for adopting innovative technologies as industry standards.
Conduct targeted lobbying to influence decision-makers and position the organization as a thought leader.
Engage in consultative selling, creating tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends and inform sales strategies and product development.
Monitor and report on sales performance, ensuring KPIs are exceeded and strategies adjusted as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to ensure cohesive sales approaches.
Travel up to 60% domestically and internationally to meet clients, attend conferences, and network within target industries.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business).
3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in robotics, sensors, or related technologies.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented attitude.
