ivoflow is an AI-powered Procurement Intelligence Platform that provides purchasing software solutions to global industry leaders in the manufacturing space, serving the automotive, medical, construction, and engineering industry. We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to take ownership of the entire sales process - from identifying and engaging potential clients to negotiating contracts and closing deals. This is a hands-on sales role that requires deep industry networks and expertise in procurement, SaaS, and sales.

This position is a highly strategic, results-driven sales role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to drive business growth.

Tasks

  • Sales Process Ownership : Drive and streamline the end-to-end sales cycle, ensuring maximum efficiency, business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Identification : Research and pinpoint potential customers and the right stakeholders within large enterprises of interest.
  • Business Development : Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients within the automotive, engineering, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Industry Networking : Leverage an existing strong network to identify business opportunities and connect with key decision-makers and procurement leaders.
  • Client Negotiation : Handle supplier negotiations, contract discussions, NDAs, PoCs, and proposal structuring to close customer deals effectively.
  • Deal Acceleration : Work closely with various internal teams to expedite sales processes while ensuring the best outcomes for both clients and ivoflow.

Requirements

  • Deep industry knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or SaaS software solutions.
  • Proven track record of closed deals and high-value contracts negotiated with enterprise-level clients - specifically in procurement software, SaaS solutions, or enterprise sales within manufacturing, automotive, or engineering.
  • Strong industry network with established relationships among procurement professionals, C-suite executives, and decision-makers in target sectors.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles independently to drive business growth.
  • Hands-on, results-oriented approach - this is a position for someone who thrives on actively selling and delivering results.
  • Experience with NDAs, PoCs, and sales agreements on an enterprise SaaS level.
  • Experience using CRM tools, sales analytics, and forecasting techniques.
