A core offering of JOIN is the multiposting of job ads, enabled by our partnerships and integrations with hundreds of job platforms in Europe. As a partnership manager at JOIN, you play a key role in developing this offering which is critical to JOIN's success! Tasks Expand Our Network : Identify, acquire, and onboard new partners across the DACH region and Europe to broaden our market reach. Lead Strategic Projects : Initiate and manage projects aimed at developing new business opportunities and refining our growth strategy. Primary Contact : Act as the main liaison for job board partners, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure smooth collaboration. Contract Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and strategic partnership agreements, including arrangements for posting our customers’ job ads on partner platforms. Performance Monitoring : Analyze partner performance data to uncover opportunities for mutual growth and optimize our existing partnerships. Process Optimization : Contribute to the continuous improvement of the partnership lifecycle—from acquisition and onboarding to partner marketing and management. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with the marketplace and sales teams to ensure partner products are effectively marketed and distributed to our customers. Technical Integration : Collaborate with our engineering team to prioritize and support the development of new integrations based on partner needs. Market Analysis : Keep a pulse on market trends and competitive dynamics to inform your business development strategies. Requirements Excellent Communication : You’re a clear and articulate communicator, skilled at negotiating and navigating complex deals. Data-Driven Decision-Maker : Your analytical mindset helps you make informed decisions using data insights. Business Acumen : You understand diverse business models and can identify synergies that create win-win situations with potential partners. CRM Expertise : Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot and / or Salesforce, is essential. Experience : You bring 1-5 years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, or Sales. Language Skills : Fluency in both English and German is required; additional European language skills are a plus. Growth Mindset : You regularly assess your performance, welcome constructive feedback, and continuously strive for personal and professional improvement. Ownership & Adaptability : You take full responsibility for your projects, reliably delivering on deadlines even in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Ideally : You have prior experience in the recruiting or HR-Tech industry. You are adept at querying structured datasets using SQL.
