What we achieve together

  • As IT Service Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating the various parties in the global service organization for the Industrial division of the Vaillant Group.
  • Your tasks include conducting meetings and stand-ups with the AMS consultants of the operational business (SAP ECC, SAP S4 / HANA, interfaces)
  • Tracking and tracing tickets and their resolution speed, as well as deriving and initiating necessary measures and escalations is part of your role
  • In addition, cost-efficient service provider management through performance tracking and control is your responsibility
  • Service workflow optimization in cooperation with SAP teams to increase the speed of resolution is also your task
