Why Digital Sales at Altium : The Opportunity

Altiums mission to dominate our industry is real. Digital Sales drives our growth through fastpaced volume sales to new and current customers. Revenues are up 75 over five years 23 from last year. Were way ahead of the industry in cloud development. In a sales org growth creates paths to move up and we epitomize upward mobility. We are looking for a BDR fluent in German.

This position is hybrid in Munich Germany.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Organize and execute specialized projects such as callout campaigns and data updates and drive
  • customer engagement.
  • Qualify new accounts establish and extract value for Altium
  • Uncover new customers through the application of Altium products to meet customer requirements.
  • Uncover review and qualify sales leads created and received from multiple sources.
  • Collaborate with sales and technical team members to meet and exceed team objectives.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate notes of all salesrelated activities in Altiums Salesforce Customer.
  • Relationship Management (CRM) database.
  • Learn and maintain knowledge of Altium products and technologies competitive products and industry trends.
  • Develop new lead opportunities by collecting information that includes business pains / needs timelines authority and project teams budget competitive information etc.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree (computer / electrical engineering or related technical field preferred).
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • A minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience in Software Sales is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of PCB or embedded software is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills are a must.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Effective and articulate communications clearly and concisely checking to ensure that messages have been understood. Gains influence by the effective use of information targeting their communication to meet the information needs of their audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently.
  • Be a selfmotivated thorough passionate articulate team player with a positive attitude.
