The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the hospitality industry, excellent sales acumen, and a passion for building long-term business relationships. Tasks Key Responsibilities : Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, including hotels, restaurants, and event venues. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential growth areas. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent the company and drive brand awareness. Prepare and present compelling proposals, contracts, and business pitches to potential clients. Negotiate pricing and service agreements while ensuring profitable growth. Profile Requirements : Experience : Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the hospitality sector. Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including key players, market trends, and customer needs. Sales Skills : Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Communication : Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills in both German and English.
