Tasks

As an Account Executive at Sonia you will drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals by :

  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new SMB customers.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key decisionmakers presenting tailored solutions and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
  • Upselling to existing clients and identifying new opportunities for additional value.
  • Collaborating with sales development representatives to maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Ensuring data accuracy in the CRM system.

Requirements

Were looking for a resultsdriven individual who thrives in a dynamic fastpaced environment. The ideal candidate will possess :

Required Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken German (C2 or native) and English (C1 minimum).
  • Proven track record of success in sales ideally with 3 years of experience in SaaS or HealthTech.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to influence and persuade.
  • A resultsoriented mindset with excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to handle multiple accounts effectively.
  • NicetoHave Qualifications :

  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus).
  • Familiarity with healthcare systems or SaaS sales cycles.
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers.
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration Medicine or a related field.
  • Residency near our offices for occasional inperson meetings.
