THE ROLE

Zattoo is looking for a (Junior - Mid-Level) Product Marketing & Business Development Manager to support the Head of Product Marketing and Business Development Advertisement (Ads). You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Partner Management, and Ad Operations to help grow Zattoo's advertisement business across Switzerland and Germany. This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to build deep expertise in CTV advertising, combining analytical rigor with client-facing pitch work.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Ads Product Marketing Support (B2B)

• Support the development and rollout of go-to-market materials for new and existing advertisement products, in coordination with Sales, Product Management, and Partner Management
• Assist in evaluating advertisement-related products, including building and maintaining business case calculations and tracking performance over time
• Conduct market and competitive research (CTV, AVOD, linear TV, other saleshouses) and summarize findings into clear recommendations
• Help monitor market trends and customer needs, feeding into product marketing strategy and new product ideas

Business Development Support

• Research and help evaluate new advertisement business areas, partnerships, and market opportunities
• Support the preparation of materials for new sales channels and monetization initiatives
• Assist in maintaining relationships with strategic advertisement partners, including preparing documentation for cooperation and licensing agreements
• Coordinate with Ad Operations on the integration of external (3rd party) ad inventory
• Build compelling pitch decks and media concepts for client and agency presentations, incorporating audience and market data from sources such as YouGov, Nielsen, and Statista

Ads B2B Communications & Events

• Support the operational execution and ongoing development of the advertisement communications concept
• Manage the B2B newsletter for the Ads division, including setting up the newsletter according to the concept, clarifying consent requirements, operating the newsletter tool, writing content, and gathering input from various contributors across our DACH markets
• Maintain the Ads division sub-website, including designing content based on direction from the Head of Product Marketing and Business Development, and handling ongoing operational upkeep
• Coordinate B2B events and trade show appearances for Ads division (e.g. OMR, DMEXCO), including organization, on-site support, and post-event follow-up

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Product, Partnerships, and Operations teams on day-to-day deliverables
• Help maintain internal documentation, tracking sheets, and presentation templates so the team can move quickly on pitches and partner requests
• Support the Head of Product Marketing and Business Development in preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in a media, advertising, or digital agency environment
• Strong presentation building skills and an eye for clear, well-structured storytelling in pitch materials
• Comfort working with data: building simple business cases, reading market research reports, and translating numbers into a narrative
• Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with the ability to manage several workstreams in parallel
• Interest in CTV, streaming, and digital advertising markets
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to work across teams with varying priorities and timelines

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with programmatic advertising concepts or ad tech terminology
• Experience with audience/market research tools such as Nielsen, YouGov, or Statista
• Prior exposure to partner or client negotiations, even in a supporting capacity
