• Support German LT Meetings : Agenda Meeting Notes Follow Ups
• Support VP and German LT with research analysis adhoc analysis identification of Whitespaces sharpen our strategy keeping the book of business up to date
• Support VP in planning Executive Meetings
• Support VP with partnership with Glacier (ESG)
• Support VP on all office activities coordination with the Office Leads in Germany
• Support VP on Schwarz Partner (XM Cyber)
• Support VP with key market insights monitor Press major happenings relevant for ServiceNow
• Support VP with coordination and set up of AllHands
• Partnering with cross functional teams  Sales Operations German Leadership Team Office Leads Client Director Enterprise Account Executive Sales Manager Corp HQ regional Chiefs of Staff Regional and EMEA leadership P5 HR Finance Legal Comms
