Fulltime storytellers and productsellers committed creators and curators. Our Marketing team specializes in everything from building the adjoe brand to showcasing the success of its niche tech products. We are on a mission to build adjoes brand and partnerships across the industry.
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager with strong skills in graphic design social media and content creation to join our team. Reporting to the Growth Marketing Lead you will be responsible for enhancing adjoes industry and employer visibility by creating and managing engaging content for social media the website and sales collateral. You will also collaborate with the Employer Branding Specialist to promote our brand and culture.
What You Will Do
- Content Creation : Develop and design visually appealing content (including copy graphics and video) for social media the website newsletters and sales collateral.
- Social Media Management : Manage and grow the companys social media presence by increasing followers engagement and impressions across platforms.
- Website Optimization : Design and implement strategies to increase website traffic and optimize content for engagement.
- Lead Generation : Drive inbound lead generation through compelling marketing campaigns and targeted content strategies.
- Campaign Development : Research plan and execute marketing campaigns that align with strategic objectives. Create and edit content to support these initiatives.
- Performance Reporting : Analyze and report on all marketing efforts to measure success and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Market Analysis : Monitor industry trends and competitors to refine marketing strategies.
- Internal Collaboration : Work alongside our Employer Branding Specialist to enhance our employer brand. Support activities such as internal events recruitment marketing and other employer branding initiatives to foster a strong company culture and attract top talent.
- Brand Storytelling : Develop stories and content that reflect our culture and values for use on our website social channels and in recruitment processes.
- Sales Collateral Creation : Work closely with Product Marketing Managers to create various sales collateral such as presentations onepagers and pitch decks to support sales efforts
