About the Company - My client is a global leading supplier of pharmaceutical capsules and they are focused on driving sales growth and expanding its business in Europe. Their mission is to provide high-quality offerings to their customers while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

About the Role - The role involves developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and expand the company's pharmaceutical business in Europe.

Proficiency in the German language is essential.

Responsibilities :

  • Building strong technical knowledge of the company’s offerings.
  • Nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conducting market analysis.
  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Managing the sales territory.
  • Analysing performance data.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Contributing to long-term strategic planning for the pharma segment.

Qualifications :

  • Science-based degree.
  • 5+ years in Pharmaceutical B2B sales management.
  • Required Skills :

  • B2B sales management with prior experience in Pharma – API's / Capsules / Packaging Materials / Contract Manufacturing / Excipients.
  • Proven ability in Sales Strategy & Planning.
  • Possesses Market Intelligence.
  • Strong sales negotiation skills.
  • Strong influencing skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Pay range and compensation package - Base salary up to €120,000 / / OTE of €185,000
