Job Description
The Mission : We are seeking an elite clinician to provide 1 : 1 medical care for an 80-year-old VIP client. You will be deployed aboard a prestigious superyacht, cruising exclusively within the Mediterranean. Your rotation will take you from the historic harbors of the Greek Islands to the upscale marinas of Monaco and the sun-drenched coasts of Mallorca . This is a role for a nurse who demands excellence in both clinical practice and lifestyle.
The Team : You will be an integral part of a sophisticated medical team, operating under the guidance of a Lead British Doctor . The unit includes Physiotherapists and a Western-trained nursing cohort, ensuring a supportive and highly professional working atmosphere.
The Safety : To ensure the highest standard of care and staff welfare, we strictly adhere to a double-nurse shift system . This protocol guarantees adequate rest and shared responsibility, preventing burnout while maintaining 24 / 7 patient vigilance.

Requirements
Requirements :
Education : Western-trained Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science (BSN).
Experience : Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in Acute Care (ICU, ER, or A&E).
Language : Native or C1 English is mandatory.
Attributes : High clinical competence, discretion, and the ability to adapt to life at sea.
