Your tasks

  • Multi-project management in the field of upgrade solutions from concept / quotation preparation to delivery of the delivery objects
  • Planning, management and implementation of customer and internal self-financed development projects
  • Cross-departmental management of project teams
  • Responsibility for the targeted management of projects with regard to the fulfillment of agreed project goals (deadlines, costs, performance)
  • Contract and change management
  • Internal / external reporting
  • Preparation, calculation and follow-up of offers
  • Management of internal improvement projects in the Upgrade Solutions division
  • Concept development of development projects, incl. business case

    • Your profile

  • Degree in engineering, aerospace technology, industrial engineering or economics
  • Several years of professional experience in manufacturing / production and / or aerospace engineering
  • Experience in the retrofit business and / or with cabin components / monuments desirable
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP; knowledge of SAP PS advantageous
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Business fluent in German and proficient in English
  • The ability and willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics as well as the perseverance and persistence to familiarize yourself with a complex environment
  • An independent, structured, results-oriented and accurate way of working
  • Good communication skills and team spirit
  • A high degree of responsibility, resilience and organizational skills
