In the context of expanding our operations and the opening of the EUC, School of Medicine - Frankfurt Branch in the Fall 2022, we are currently seeking to recruit a Campus Administrator . The ideal candidate will be supporting staff and faculty by providing assistance on daily administrative procedures related to the operation of the Medical School. The position is located at the EUC School of Medicine, Frankfurt Branch in Germany.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provides day-to-day support to students, staff and faculty, and other personnel of the School of Medicine Frankfurt Branch
• Administers campus documentation related to the campus' operations and relevant internal procedural communication and reports
• Handles and offers support to students for any campus requests and inquiries they may have by acting as a point of reference
• Provides housing support to students
• Receives and allocates incoming written and verbal communication
• Monitors and updates relevant campus documentation and maintains an accurate filing system
• Uses technology as a mean of organizing daily workflow

Der ideale Kandidat / die ideale Kandidatin wird bei der Durchführung täglicher Verwaltungsaufgaben der Medizinischen Fakultät assistieren. Die Arbeitsstelle befindet sich an der neu gegründeten Zweigstelle der EUC School of Medicine in Frankfurt / Main - Hausen.
