Project Manager – Photovoltaics

SR2 has partnered with an EPC focussing on large-scale renewable energy projects that are currently looking to hire a PV project manager to work hybridly on projects in Bavaria.

About the Role :

You will play a key role in coordinating and driving the successful execution of photovoltaic projects from planning through to commissioning. In this role, you will work closely with technical teams, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with high-quality standards.

Your Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the implementation phase of utility-scale PV projects

Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to maintain project momentum

Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring regulatory compliance

Prepare and review technical documentation and project reports

Support continuous process improvements by analyzing project data and feedback

Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication

Your Profile :

• Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field with a focus on renewable energy
• Several years of project management experience, ideally within the solar or renewable energy sectors
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication skills in German, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus)
