We are looking for a Service technician (m / f / d) to join our service department.
In a short period of time, you will not only immerse yourself in the technology of our products, but also learn how to take care of our customers. You will quickly take on responsibility and support customers throughout Germany, Europe and in a few cases even worldwide - a broad variety of tasks and a steep learning curve are guaranteed.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Commissioning our new plants and systems at the customer's site
- Familiarising the customer with the basic functions and basic structure of the plant and systems
- Maintenance and calibration of the plants and systems at the customer's premises
- Fault analysis and repair of the plants and systems at the customer's premises
- Customer support for problems via telephone and e-mail.
- Preparation and follow-up of service calls
