Main responsibilites :

• Installations and Commissioning Support on customer site
• Active guidance for Service Technicians onsite
• Consulting integration phase and hand-shake processes for interfaces on industrial systems
• Support the integration phase of required software interfaces
• Error analyses and optimization of application and customer processes
• Consulting for process development, project documentation and internal documentation
• Collaboration on internal change management

Experience requirements :

• Completed technical education in the field of electrical engineering / mechatronics or comparable education
• Initial professional experience in customer service for mechatronic systems, ideally in the automotive sector
• Good knowledge of microcontrollers, control technology, data transfer and communication systems incl. fieldbus systems
• Good organizational and social skills as well as the ability to assert yourself
• Independent and structured working style combined with a high degree of customer and service orientation
• High level of commitment and dedication, including worldwide travel and temporary weekend work
• Ability to communicate and convey technical aspects in German and English
