Your Role

In this pivotal role you will provide consulting expertise and structure to a variety of global learning initiatives ensuring alignment with company governance frameworks and driving the successful delivery of training programs across regions and business functions. You will manage multiple projects simultaneously focusing on process optimization quality control and strategic oversight rather than direct of learning programs. Project Structure & Governance : Lead the setup of new projects and client agreements ensuring alignment with ZEISS governance frameworks and clearly defining project scope objectives timelines and deliverables

Strategic Development & Analysis : Develop strategic concepts conduct indepth analysis and prepare highlevel decisionmaking documents for leadership. Ensure that global learning initiatives are aligned with ZEISSs broader business goals

Process Optimization : Identify implement and monitor improvements to global training rollouts to ensure efficiency scalability and highquality outcomes across the organization

Quality Control & Monitoring : Develop frameworks for monitoring and reporting on learning program delivery ensuring consistency and excellence in

Reporting & Roadmaps : Prepare strategic roadmaps and progress reports for senior management outlining key insights challenges and project milestones to support datadriven decisionmaking

Your Profile

Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Organizational Development Learning & Development or a related field. Significant Experience in a consulting or project management role preferably in organizational development learning or business

Proven experience managing projects within a governance framework particularly in a global or multiregional context

Strong background in developing strategic concepts conducting analyses and preparing detailed decisionmaking reports for senior leadership

Experience in process optimization and ensuring high standards of quality control within learning or organizational initiatives

Excellent conceptual and strategic thinking with a handson approach to project and s trong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse crossfunctional teams

Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages such as German is a plus
