Description
We are looking for a motivated Key Account Officer who will be responsible for fostering and developing relationships with key stakeholders and customers and ensuring that their needs are understood and satisfied. The responsibilities will include handling multiple projects in a dynamic multi-stakeholder environment, ensuring high level of customer service, support with the daily account management unit processes and tasks, and working in cross-functional teams involving other units and partner organizations, among others.
Your responsibilities
- Proactively manage a set of stakeholder accounts and develop trusted relationships across hierarchy levels
- Retain, grow and diversify the value delivered to our stakeholders and their customers
- Prepare customized service offers : Scope new customer inquiries, draft project outlines, including deliverables, timelines, and price quote
- Collaborate cross-departmentally and cross-organizationally to design, develop, and constantly improve solutions required to drive business outcomes for our stakeholders, working across internal teams
- Follow-up on account management processes to close deals and, jointly with other internal teams, to ensure projects are delivered on time, of quality and on budget.
- Support the optimisation of the strategic direction, structure and workflows of account management
- Facilitate stakeholder and customer workshops, business meetings and presentations
