Responsibilities
- Coaching and advising managers on all HR-related and organization-specific issues as well as on labor law issues
- Sparring partner for the management and leadership team
- Advising and supporting around 120 employees
- Close collaboration with and interface with colleagues in the global HR Competence Center and the HR Shared Service Organization
- Implementation and further development of global HR processes (performance management, succession planning, merit, engagement) at the production site, including post-merger integration
- Participation in cross-departmental HR projects
- Implementation of tasks and processes along the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Support of recruiting processes and development and implementation of employer branding measures
- Preparation of reports and statistics on HR key figures and data maintenance
- Contact person for central payroll accounting and interface to the finance department
