Vous êtes passionné par le monde du chocolat et souhaitez partager cette passion avec nos clients ? Chez Leonidas, nous cherchons des personnes ayant un excellent relationnel, prêtes à offrir une expérience inoubliable à chaque visiteur. Si vous aimez comprendre les préférences de nos clients pour les guider parmi nos 80 pralines et plus, votre mission sera de semer la joie et le bonheur dans le cœur de notre clientèle.

Vos missions :

Accueillir chaleureusement nos clients, les informer avec enthousiasme sur nos produits, et les conseiller avec expertise pour leurs achats

Devenir un véritable ambassadeur de la marque Léonidas, en partageant votre connaissance approfondie de nos produits

Créer des moments magiques en faisant découvrir nos dernières créations élaborées par nos maîtres chocolatiers

Veiller à la satisfaction de nos clients, en étant attentif à leurs besoins et désirs, et en offrant un service de qualité

Assurer une présentation impeccable de nos produits en vitrine, respectant les directives de notre département marketing

Réceptionner les livraisons et gérer la réserve

Gérer la caisse (enregistrement, encaissement, remise du ticket et comptage caisse et contrôle de la régularité)

S’assurer de la propreté et du respect des procédures du magasin

Ce que nous recherchons :

Une personne avec une première expérience dans la vente

Une certaine dextérité et rapidité dans l'exécution des tâches

Un esprit orienté client et commercial, capable de travailler en équipe

De la flexibilité pour travailler les weekends et en soirée

Langues :

Allemand et anglais courants.
