Trusted by leading brands like Siemens Healthineers Wrth and Jack Wolfskin weve achieved 1 000% growth over the past 12 months and were just getting started.

To scale our impact even further were looking for a Customer Success Manager who will play a key role in driving our clients success and ensuring they extract maximum value from our solutions.

Tasks

  • Build and strengthen client relationships : Youll be the goto person for our clients building longterm trustful partnerships while ensuring successful adoption and usage of our platform.
  • Develop strategies : Work proactively to define and implement strategies to scale and optimize our Customer Success team.
  • Design and optimize processes : Independently establish and refine workflows that create an outstanding customer success experience.
  • Revolutionize trade compliance : Help our clients optimize their trade compliance processes using our AIpowered solutions and contribute to their longterm success.
  • Monitor and improve success metrics : Continuously analyze key metrics to improve customer satisfaction and to avoid churn and drive adoption and retention
  • Drive growth and retention : Collaborate closely with our sales team to identify growth opportunities and ensure clients maximize the value of our platform.

Requirements

We know theres no such thing as a perfect candidate. But heres what we believe will set you up for success in this role :

  • Experience in strategy consulting customer success or change management ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment .
  • High level of proactivity and initiative : You thrive on taking ownership and contributing actively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to independently tackle challenges.
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic startup culture and drive innovation in the organization.
  • Analyze customer data tExcellent communication skills in both German (C1 or nativelevel) and English (B2 or better).
