Requirements :

• Du besitzt einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, IT, Wirtschaft oder einem hnlichen Bereich
• Du bist hoch motiviert und hast eine Leidenschaft fr ERP Systeme und Geschftsprozesse
• Du verfgst ber operative Erfahrungen in komplexen Produkten und Verstndnis fr Kunden- und Partner Anforderungen - teilweise auch auf technischer Ebene
• Du hast gute Organisation skills, hohe Detailgenauigkeit und die Fhigkeit, Prioritten zu setzen und die Zeit fr eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung einzuteilen
• Du hast eine Affinitt zu Technik und kennst dich mit den technischen Aspekten aus, die mit der Rolle verbunden sind
• Du sprichst flieend Deutsch und Englisch

Responsibilities :

Du untersttzt unsere (greren) Kunden operativ und hilfst dem Team deren Anforderungen zu verstehen, zu strukturieren und die Umsetzungen voranzutreiben

Du nutzt Deine ERP Erfahrung und dein tiefes Kundenverstndnis, um grundlegende Customer Success Prozesse zu entwickeln und sie fortlaufend zu optimieren

Du bringst dein technisches Know.how ein, um mit dem Second-Level, Produkt- und Engineering Kundenprobleme zu besprechen, zu priorisieren und zu lsen

Du begleitest den Kundenlebenszyklus, einschlielich Onboarding, Adoption, Erfolg, Erneuerung und Abwanderung
