The Opportunity
As an AI Implementation Manager within the professional services team, you will lead end-to-end client deployments of advanced AI solutions. You will align business requirements with technical delivery, shape and prepare client data, configure and customise tools, and ensure systems are tested, validated, and performing to specification. Acting as a key point of contact between clients, engineering, and product teams, you’ll ensure smooth implementation and measurable business outcomes.

Your Work & Focus
- Lead full-cycle AI solution implementations for enterprise clients, from requirements gathering to post-deployment optimisation
- Translate complex client needs into clear technical specifications and workflows
- Oversee data preparation, cleansing, and integration to ensure systems are trained on high-quality datasets
- Configure, customise, and deploy AI tools and SaaS features to align with client environments
- Manage system testing, validation, and accuracy checks before go-live
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and client teams to resolve technical challenges and refine deployments
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to guide future feature development
- Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met across multiple simultaneous projects
