- Assist the Customer Success Managers in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Help analyse customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, contributing to the development of actionable insights. Create awareness of processes and assist in our continuous improvement.
- Leverage your analytics skills and assist in preparing customer success reports, presentations, and documentation to track performance metrics.
- Participate in team meetings, contributing creative ideas and solutions to improve the customer experience.
- We help you familiarize yourself with CRM, BI tools and more.
