Our culture is innovative, collaborative and performance focused. We are currently seeking to recruit Site Administrator to join our team in Germany. Duties will include, but not be limited to : Delivering general administration office duties (as designated by the Project Manager & QA / QC Lead) - such as daily roll call, updating holiday and absence tracker and other such administrative duties as they arise. Assist the QA / QC lead, and review and file documents accordingly. Communicating as the site main point of contact, with IT to resolve issues. Managing stationery & photocopier maintenance. Electronic file management as per company procedures. Assist with the management of stage and final project handovers. Record and issue of site meeting minutes as required. Ensure smooth flow of information for all site staff. Update live schedules on the server and ensure most recent copies are always available. Ad hoc duties as they arise. Essential Good communication skills. Ability to multitask and take initiative. Strong administrative experience is a distant advantage.
