Stellenbeschreibung

You will contribute to the development and enhancement of our companywide software platform playing a key role in implementing a stateoftheart technology platform for software development in our medical GMP (Good Manufactory Process) and RUO (Research Use Only) instruments. In this role you will take on significant technical responsibilities and act as a key point of contact for collaboration with various teams and stakeholders.

You actively contribute to the development and implementation of the platform roadmap by collaborating closely with project and program managers software architects product owners requirements engineers UX / UI designers software developers and testers while also taking responsibility for the platforms technical advancement to ensure that defined goals are achieved on time and with high quality.
You leverage your expertise to continuously improve the software platform and develop new and innovative solutions that are utilized across various software products.
You write clean maintainable and scalable code in C and share your knowledge with the team.
You collaborate closely with other departments in our interdisciplinary and international environment including other software development teams biologists IT Quality Service and Marketing.
You support communication with external stakeholders contribute to critical business decisions and provide input and ideas to shape the future of our global software development organization.

Qualifications :

You have completed a degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with several years of professional experience in C and Qt focusing on clean coding and advanced features like multithreading and UI development etc.

You have solid experience in developing software application portfolios and have ideally worked on platforms that are used across multiple software products. Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

You possess indepth knowledge of agile software development and project management.

You are familiar with classical software architecture and you are enthusiastic for C as the primary language for our tools. Linux experience is highly welcome. Optional : Good experience or expert level in UI architecture and UI development with Qt Widget / QML

Ideally you have developed software in a regulated environment such as following medical standards (IEC 62304).
