Your tasks

Strategically advise the business on business, process and technical requirements, analyze, identify and document them

Joint solution finding with the Kardex Digital Work Group to streamline and automate business and technical processes within the M365 ecosystem in line with the digitalization strategy

Leading initiatives to design, develop, maintain and govern the M365 platform services

Creating technical guidance and implementation for the overall security of M365 deployments

Research and lead on configuration and best practices for M365 applications and specified system changes

Working closely with the Subject Matter Expert M365 and providing 2nd level support and advice for day to day operations

Advise and train the application owners

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer engineering, information technology, computer science or a comparable field

Several years of experience in an IT team, especially in the areas of architecture, development and project implementation

Experience with Power Platform Automation Solutions such as Power Automate, Power Apps etc. as well as with the administration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Teams, Sharepoint Online, Azure Active Directory

Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python or C# is an advantage

Previous knowledge of cloud environments, especially Azure Cloud, is desirable

Deep understanding and practical experience with the M365 environment at enterprise level; ideally Microsoft certifications, especially MS-XXX and PL-XXX

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

German and English language skills
