Your role
- Developing, expanding and maintaining existing customer relationships
- Active customer acquisition
- Negotiating prices and contractual terms with customers
- Developing and managing the holistic offer process
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through smooth sales activities, including administration and logistics
- Coordinating order entry and order handling in cooperation with internal interface departments
- Monitoring and updating customer master data on a regular basis
- Reviewing and drawing up contracts as well as customer account management
- Implementing promotional measures in consultation with Sales Management and contributing to various sales projects
- Visiting customers and attending trade fairs
