Your new responsibilities will include :

• Developing innovative concepts for power semiconductor modules based on new product components ( GaN transistors) and / or specific circuit configurations ( module-integrated electronic circuits)
• Independently developing conceptual solution proposals based on product requirements with a holistic view of the interaction between semiconductor properties, parasitic electrical elements, thermal bonding, and lifetime considerations
• Actively supporting the setup, electrical commissioning, and testing of prototype s from the power semiconductor and electronics areas
• Collaborating interdisciplinary and across locations with colleagues from the power chip, integrated circuit, and module housing development areas
• Supporting product management in creating specifications for new products
• Actively transferring knowledge and exchanging best practices across organizations
• Preparing, presenting, and discussing new ideas and concepts with / for internal interest groups
